PAN Statement FAO AE Symposium 4 April 2018

The UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) is hosting the 2nd Global Symposium on Agroecology this week in Rome, Italy. Pesticide Action Network (PAN) International has 10 delegates from nine countries at the Rome meeting, with all five PAN Regional Centers represented (Africa, Asia Pacific, Latin America, Europe and North America).


„Glücklich ohne Pestizide“ – PAN Germany Foto-Kampagne

Vom 20. – 30. März 2018 fand zum 13. Mal die  internationale Pestizid-Aktionswoche  statt. Das Ziel der Pestizid-Aktionswoche ist es, über den Einsatz von Pestiziden, den Auswirkungen von Pestiziden auf Gesundheit und Umwelt sowie über Alternativen zu informieren.

PAN Germany war 2018 mit einer Foto-Kampagne dabei. Menschen von überall auf der Welt waren aufgerufen, sich mit dem Schild „Glücklich ohne Pestizide“ fotografieren zu lassen. Dafür haben wir eine Vorlage in mehreren Sprachen zur Verfügung gestellt. Uns erreichten Bilder aus Deutschland, Laos, Chile, USA, Philippinen, Senegal, Vietnam, Malaysia und Belgien.
